Meeting dates are Friday, Nov. 17 and Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006. The format of the meeting will be as in past Midwest Relativity Meetings, short contributed papers in an informal atmosphere. Each participant may present a talk of about 15 minutes, though the exact time will depend on the total number of participants. Undergraduates, graduate students and post-docs are especially encouraged to make presentations. The American Physical Society Topical Group on Gravitation will award a $200 prize for the best talk given by a graduate student at MWRM-16.
There is a $10.00 registration fee for MWRM-16 attendance (payable when you check in). The registration has been closed, please send any inquiries about the registration and schedule to mwrm16@wugrav.wustl.edu.
| On Sunday, Nov. 19, there will be a symposium recognizing the 60th birthday of Clifford Will. The Cliff Will Birthday Symposium on Gravitational Theory and Experiment will consist of a small number of invited talks. For more details, including a list of speakers, click here.
